"The staff are so caring, communicative and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity when you walk in the door, while your pets are in care and on departure that doesn't compare to any other place or team I've experienced over the years. Over so many years of trying to find a solution, this is the only time in or out of home I have had absolute peace of mind. My two can be at times, anxious, complex & hard work but the team have taken the time to learn their individual natures to make sure they have the absolute best days of their lives. The team work to achieve best possible outcomes for my guys and that shows when I collect them, finding happy, worked and loved dogs. "Pet Resorts Townsville were able to have Honey over the busy January period, which in itself was excellent. When we arrived for drop off the vibe was calm and the staff were lovely. Honey stayed for a week and I think she's sad she's home! Collection was super easy, I was able to park under cover as it was really raining and the staff were lovely again. Honey will be back!"

"We were incredibly impressed with the quality and service. Staff were fantastic and they looked after our 3 dogs and 1 cat like they were their own. When we picked them up they were all happy and healthy and it's clear they had a ball of a time. We'd have no hesitation in sending our little pack of goobers to them in the future."

"This was the first time having our Cavalier King Charles stay at this facility. We found it difficult to get in touch (outside of the public holiday's) over the Xmas period., and when I did get through the feedback was inconsistent. We had portioned his food for the 12 nights but it appears he didn’t eat much as he lost weight throughout his stay. One of my biggest concerns is that when we collected him, he absolutely smelt horrible. My husband was advised he’d been bathed the day prior to collection, but sadly I do not think this was the case. We travel frequently and I would not feel confident using these services again, despite many glowing ratings and reviews."
