"Wouldn't send my boys anywhere else. They are so excited when they know they are going there. Can't get them out of the car quick enough. They treat each dog or cat like their own. All staff are lovely and very accommodating for my older boy with spinal issues. Can't recommend high enough. Tired boys after a day at doggy day care. Thanks Sharn, Maree and team for looking after the boys so well. They are looking forward to their next sleep over and of course their two days a week at doggy day care."

"We recently left our dog Queenie at Northside Pet Resort for an overnight stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Shannon and his team were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From drop-off to pick-up, everything was smooth and reassuring. The facilities are very clean, well maintained, and clearly set up with the dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. Most importantly, Queenie came home relaxed and happy, which says everything."

"We’ve used Northside Pet Resort twice now for looking after Pickles while we’ve gone away on holidays and we’ve come back to a happy and healthy dog. We’d love to see more photos on socials but she’s not always photogenic, although she’s clearly looked after based on what we have seen when she’s cracked a smile and when we’ve returned. The team is friendly, rates are fair and the facilities look great. Having a beagle means always being worried about security but she’s not seemed to try and dig her way out; clearly good fencing. She’s not a very dog social dog with us but gets amongst the other beagles and mid-sized dogs who are there."

"This was our first time leaving our puppy in a pet resort and I think we were more nervous than her. The staff were very understanding, they put out minds at rest and reassured us she would be fine and she was. She loved every minute of her stay. I even forgot her blanket and collected it washed and dry, smelling lovely. Our little one will be back in a few weeks for a longer stay and no doubt she will make more new dog friends while she is there. Thank you so much for taking good care of her. We know she is in safe hands."

"We like this place because our dog Skipper (Australian Shepherd) wags his tail relentlessly when we drop him off and cries (briefly) when we pick him up. The staff are highly experienced, very helpful and care for the individual needs of the dog. We have left Skip at Northside Pet Resort at least 10 times and there has never been an issue. Most of the staff now know him by name. He’s a busy dog, with daily medication requirements and that’s handled reliably with care. I would happily recommend to any dog owner."
